A raw attic is converted into living space

Stubenberggasse was established in the 16th century after the demolition of the medieval city wall and runs as a curved street from Herrengasse to Schmiedgasse. The building at Stubenberggasse 7 (Kaiserfeldgasse 8) is exemplary of the late historic character of both streets.

Time travel in the Graz Old Town

In the middle of Graz’s Old Town, between Herrengasse and Jakominiplatz, there is a place that has been making history for centuries: Stubenberggasse. Where stylish living takes place today, there once stood the imperial and royal post office – a vibrant meeting point of the city, nestled in the now-gone Postgasse, which stretched between Neutorgasse and Kaiserfeldgasse.

high-end equipment

The new apartments combine architectural sophistication with functional clarity. A continuous common area in the core of the building elegantly connects the units – a modern elevator comfortably takes you up to the first attic floor. The entrance areas of the apartments are framed with fine wooden paneling, which emphasizes the understated elegance of the house and conveys a warm welcoming gesture.
