The existing building in Goldschmiedgasse in Vienna’s first district was built around 1890 during the era of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and adapted in the 1990s. The changed requirements for the bank building make an adaptation of the top two floors necessary. With this in mind, a new and suitable office space is being created on the two existing attic floors, along with an expansive roof terrace.
The city itself is the main actor of the designing process.
